Tapestry is going Groovy! This season we will revisit many beloved melodies from the 1960s and 70s. You may feel like dancing in the aisles! As a special treat, some of this season's concerts will feature guest performers.
On May 4 and 7 we will welcome Sisters With a Twist, a four-person folk ensemble led by Tapestry soprano Aimee Abbett. And on May 9 we will be joined by the joyful sounds of the Oakland Interfaith Community Chorus, a gospel choir.
Accompanist Craig Beattie will perform three solos, including an unforgettable medley of 60s and 70s TV Tunes. You have to hear it to believe it.
Come see Tapestry as (ahem) you've never seen them before. We're going to have a good time!
